MicroBlend's Automated Paint Machine^® system produces a full range of interior and exterior paints and primers in multiple quality grades, in all traditional sheen levels - Flat, Eggshell, Satin, Semi-Gloss, and High Gloss.

Our APM^® system offers unprecedented color consistency from bucket to bucket. You may choose from 3,700 colors in the MicroBlend palette alone plus thousands more in competitors' palettes. Various quality levels suit the specific performance and budget needs of any paint job. Five size options ensure dispensing of only what you need, when you need it: Quart, Gallon, 2-Gallon, 3.5-Gallon or 5-Gallon buckets. The system also accommodates metric sizes.

MicroBlend's premium freshCHOICE paints use DuPont's Ti-Pure titanium dioxide (TiO2) - the whitest and highest quality titanium dioxide produced. DuPont is working closely with MicroBlend to maintain the highest standards in application properties and hide for our top point line. Ongoing independent testing ensures an extraordinarily white paint that creates excellent hide over previously painted surfaces and a more accurate, deeper color registration when tinted.

MicroBlend's Automated Paint Machine^® system successfully achieves a complete shift in the paint industry's historic cost model and methodologies. This shift is achieved in logistical management and many other advantages resulting from the technology, and from the on-demand creation of finished goods at the point-of-sale or use.

Our innovation revolutionizes the financial metrics of painting and paint marketing. MicroBlend's patented process utilizes the numerous chemical and raw materials of conventional manufacturing and separates them into unique combinations of chemical components.

These components, when blended together using the APM^® system, dispense paint at the point-of-sale or use. A touch screen operated command center selects the proper mix of components necessary to create the desired paint (interior, exterior, sheen level, quality, tint base, volume, etc.). The APM^® integrates the color tinting process when the paint is dispensed.

The liquid components are made at a highly efficient manufacturing plant and filled/shipped in large, recyclable totes holding as much as 330 gallons of component material. These are then transferred into larger permanent tanks that supply the dispenser.

Fundamental to MicroBlend Technologies' breakthrough change in how paint is delivered is the utilization of the APM^® system's liquid components - a proprietary mix of raw materials maintained in a homogenous state.

All MicroBlend exterior products are 100% acrylic. The system produces five sheen levels of paint (measured at 60 degrees): Flat - below 3 gloss units, Eggshell - 7 gloss units, Satin - 15 gloss units, Semi-Gloss - 40 to 50 gloss units, High Gloss - 65+ gloss units.
