How? Using Microblend's patented process the numerous chemicals and raw materials are separated into chemical components. These components when blended together using the Automated Paint Machine® dispense paint at the point of sale. A touch screen command center selects the proper mix of components necessary to create the desired paint (interior, exterior, sheen level, quality, tint base and volume). This extraordinary technology integrates the color tinting process when the paint is dispensed. The liquid components are made at a highly efficient manufacturing plant then filled and shipped in large, recyclable totes holding as much as 300 gallons of component material. These are then transferred into larger permanent tanks that supply the dispenser.
GreenChoice Paint & Supply's integrated web based system archives data from every transaction regarding job requirements enabling painters to obtain perfect matches for extra paint ie: touch ups. Reusable paint containers are also available for added savings and environmental advantages.
